I dealt with Howden Insurance Brokers for the first time on Monday and found the person I dealt with, Angel Marino, extremely helpful, polite and courteous. My call was answered very swiftly by Angel and he dealt with me through to conclusion. It is so much nicer being able to speak to someone on the phone and if need be to be able to visit their office which is local. I was informed by Angel that I can contact them at any time for any queries I might have or assistance I require including in relation to building and contents insurance. Pauline

I hadn't used Howdens for a couple of years but when they called to discuss home insurance I realised just looking at a comparison site doesn't give you the full picture. I was looking for insurance for my newly built kit car, and to be perfectly honest I was dreading having to insure it. I need not have worried as the process was so simple. A friendly voice at the end of the phone, asking reasonable questions that I was able to answer easily, and also answering anything that had me in doubt. And of course, ended with a fantastic price for the coverage I needed! Great experience, definitely recommend for new car builders.

I spoke to Neil about my car insurance. I called I spoke directly with Neil who made sure I was happy with everything - he gave me lots of choices and within 15 I had car insurance sorted.
