Taylor is always very polite & helpful. The only problem I have is that the price drops by a few pounds never anything impressive. I have had my license for 50 years & I still feel I’m paying for someone who has been driving about 10 years

We have had our insurance with Howden for many years, and the reason for that is that they are a very caring team at Dunstable, Jacob rang to update me re up and combing renewal, had a good price so renewed the policy with him. I like the personal approach, being able to pop in and speak to someone is worth it’s weight in god these days.

I have been with Howden for a while now & I have had no problems at all. The staff I have spoken to have always been friendly helpful & informative. I maybe could have shopped around for a cheaper quote but I have stayed with Howden due to all the above.
