After frustrations trying to deal with on-line insurers, chatbots and message systems, it was a great relief to talk to real people about insurance. Prices are not much higher than the cheapest and it is much easier to interact with helpful staff and get exactly what you need. As long as Howden's keep their customer facing service they will be first in line for my business!

Received a call prior to renewal date from George Nicholas from Southampton branch.
Extremely polite and knowledgeable about his product. Was after a competitive renewal price to allow immediate acceptance and George reduced the annual renewal considerably.

After a troublesome experience with other brokers/insurers, Howden has proven to be the best place to come when faced with a nuanced situation or for insurance in general.
On top of all of that, the premium offered was competitive and fairly adjusted when I confronted Ieuan with a change in circumstance.
