I’ve been using Howden (formally Laurie Ross) for many years . I use them to insure 2 vans & for liability insurance etc .
I recently had a claim for a my fault accident & they have been great with calling , making sure everything is going ok with regards repairs , courtesy van etc & generally being on top of things so I can highly recommend the service provided .

Just renewed my car insurance with Ben Batty at Cheltenham branch. Never known insurance to be so quick and stress free. Ben was extremely helpful and thorough . Renewal all sorted.
I'm not afraid to move companies but its always nice to speak to a human when renewing insurance and talking to Ben proves to me why after 12 yrs im still with howdens. Excellent.

The person who handled our insurance renewal was polite and helpful, had a really pleasant manner in every interchange. He was unusual in always getting back to me when I needed to find further information. And - a big plus - he spoke native English - conversations with those with a heavy foreign accent are enjoyable if face to face, but are worryingly difficult on phone when discussing options, eg insurance policy add-on options - so I was grateful for ease of communication here.
