Caspar at Altrincham was brilliant. We made a phone appointment, which he stuck to, matched my cheapest online quote( I like to deal with human beings rather than online), and did everything as he said he would. No ifs or buts, best service I’ve ever had as far as insurance goes. Will use Howdens for all my insurance in future.

Application for Home Contents insurance was straightforward - Terms and payment acceptable.

My Car Insurance was due to be renewed, on doing some comparisons, I came across Howden Insurance.
I was very surprised that a high street brokers are still trading when I was told, anyway as I'm old school I gave all my details to see what price could be offered.
I was quite surprised that there wasn't much difference between my renewal price and Howden.
And if I needed to contact them it's a named agent the personal touch which I like.
Except, within the policy I could pay to have my excess covered, So should anyone damage my car I'm covered so any excess due is paid back to me. Win Win as far as I'm concerned. and it was still cheaper than my renewal price from my previous insurer.
So Thank you, Howden for your help guidance and I look forward to doing business with you for the next year.

I needed to insure my van which is going to be converted to a camper very soon & the Thatcham branch & Matt in particular were very helpful, approachable, fully understood what I needed to do & what cover I required. There was no pressure or upselling & I received a very competative quote which covered everything from van to camper & all upgrades.
