Disappointed not to receive a copy of the renewal documents and being expected to download yet another app to get them when the renewal premium was just short of £1000!
Also in previous year’s we have had a telephone call to discuss the renewal but this year we were just sent the details by an email.

The staff at the Exeter branch made the renewing of both of my car insurances over the phone easy to follow, and also answered any questions I had. They were also able to send the renewal documents to me via e-mail. It always has been a breeze to renew with them this way! Well done!
