We received a reminder ahead of time. This was followed up with telephone calls to see if there was anything we needed to discuss. When we did call Rob Byrd he was very helpful and patient and all documentation was sent and received in time.

Unfortunately, I did have a fender bender but rang up and Stephanie Witt dealt with it superbly with no foster hassle also giving me a quote for my van which was cheaper than I’ve already been quoted before the accident

Continuity of service from the previous company taken over by Howden is good, but they have since spoilt the experience by bombarding me with emails and texts like this one asking for a review. Please stop. Buying car insurance is not a pleasurable experience that I want to be constantly reminded of.
