Got a brilliant deal for my first car in my first year of driving. Put me on a young drivers policy which beat all the quotes from comparison sites by miles! staff are always so helpful on the telephone. Would recommend to anyone looking for car insurance.

I have used A plan insurance for over 10 years now. I have taken out motor insurance on 2 cars and home insurance on several occasions. The fees are reasonable and the insurance quotes are usually very competitive. I have recommended them to friends and family.

I think their top selling point is the professional way they deal with claims. I would advise you use comparison web sites first and A plan will usually do their best to match. Would recommend.

I have had my insurance through A-Plan Bicester for 20 years plus. Any claims that me and my husband have had have always been dealt with really well and things have been sorted out very quickly. I would like to say that Richard at the Bicester office is a very good representative of A-plan for the brilliant customer service he always gives.

I have been using A Plan formally Shelton’s of FARNBOROUGH for 30 years. They go out of their way to get you a good quote only with 1st class companies, and they com in to their own if you are unfortunate to have a claim. They handle every thing to a successful conclusion

I was very pleased with the service I got over the phone with the quotes, but I was very disappointed when a few weeks later I received a letter asking me to insure my cars. The problem was that I had already insured the cars with them. What a waste of money sending me the letter and a pre paid envelope. I would have thought that their system would have know that I had insured the cars with them.
What a waste of time and effort spoiling such a good service they provide.
