I don't have time to write a review, specifically, but here's a copy and paste of an email I sent to a team leader after I took out a policy with them:
To whom it may concern,
I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with one of your wonderful team members, Amy. What a credit she is to your company!
This was the first time I’ve bought a self-built motorhome and had to navigate the complexities and challenges of getting it insured legally and adequately.
Having some neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions, this has been quite a stressful ordeal, and thankfully someone recommended your fantastic company to me.
Both Amy and Ben (to a slightly lesser degree) have been instrumental in making this process go as smoothly and stress-free as reasonably possible — especially when taking into account the extra care and patience they showed after I disclosed that I am neurodivergent. They were both extremely professional and seemed to know exactly what they were doing while answering my many, many questions.
I can’t thank them — and you as a company — enough, and this will certainly not be the last time I consider buying an insurance policy from you.

I called to enquired about Business van insurance and spoke with Rob Trobridge. I found him to be extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He found us such fantastic deals that I have also taken out car insurance for my personal vehicles. I would definitely recommend chatting to Howdens when thinking about insurance, especially Rob he has made the whole process a delight. Fantastic to speak with a human and not a computer robot.
