Lee Beckett helped me renew our AVIVA Buildings and contents cover when AVIVA ceased underwriting our old policy and it was necessary to change to a new product. Our requirements for cover were complicated but Lee was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. I felt that he was on my side and genuinely wanted me to have the correct cover. I look forward to having his help again on renewal next year and would recommend Howdens to my friends in future.

I insured my car with Howden, and it was good to actually speak to a human being, rather than a robot at the end of the phone, which sadly seems to be the norm for most insurance companies today. My previous car insurance company was a nightmare to deal with.
It's also very helpful to know that if I need any assistance from Howden in the future, it's only a phone call away.
Not the cheapest quote, but worth spending a little more for the convenience.

I struggled to get my car insurance and recovery sorted. The staff were helpful but there were a few confusing issues and a couple of errors which I picked up on. I found it a bit of a challenge but hopefully it will be easier in the future.
