It was all OK in the end, but it was much easier for me to pop into Haywards Heath when you had a branch there and where I knew your staff. Things were also easier to discuss face to face.
However, in the end we go there with the help of a very knowledgeable lady Vicky and I hope I can deal with her in the future.

No waiting ages to speak to a human being. Well spoken individual who gave clear information and requested any changes to previous policy. Also e-mailed confirmation of Certificate of Insurance as we have no printer. All in all a good company to do business with.

Faced with remorseless increases in our existing buildings and contents insurance year on year and being put off changing insurer because of difficulty in proving valuation of items and bringing these up to date I sought assistance from Howdens as a broker. It then appeared that splitting contents and buildings insurance was a much better solution I would never have contemplated for myself but Howdens made the whole process very easy
