I had tried to add an engagement ring onto my current home insurance policy and got told the policy had to be cancelled as a result of this.
I called Howden for a quote and got through to William Martin who was brilliant and really happy to help. I got a competitive quote through in roughly 30 mins. Made it so easy to get a quote and because of this I will likely look to move the car insurance over as well. The app is also incredibly useful with all the policy docs stored in it

After being unhappy with my Admiral car insurance renewal quote I contacted Howden. I was quickly passed to Rob T who guided me swiftly but carefully through the quote process for three cars. He also pointed out an important error on the UK database impacting my quotes. An error by Admiral but in all fairness they did quickly resolve.
The final quote was considerably lower than my renewal quote and I have already switched to Howden Insurance after 10 years with Admiral.
Thanks to Rob T and it was great to speak to the same person throughout the process not an AI assistant or random person in a call centre.

This has been a difficult time for me having to sell the family house of 60+ years after my brother died. I had so many negative experiences with other insurance companies but Howdens were professional and friendly from the moment I made contact. They totally understood my position and took the time to explain everything clearly and go through the options. They emailed me information and pricing for each level of cover to think about overnight and we put things in place the next morning. As my printer is out of action, they were more than happy to post me a copy as I needed it for my solicitor.

Aaron was extremely helpful in my search for a new insurer and tried hard to meet the same quote that I had from my previous insurer but giving me the opportunity of having a contact I could speak to personally. I am not happy with my present insurer that is contacted on line.
