I switched from online insurers to Howden Insurance 3 years ago. I've never looked back. I love that I can walk in off the High Street and speak to a human being. I've always received exceptionally friendly and professional service; & always walk out clutching paper insurance documents; a welcome relief from online passwords, invisible digital records & waiting onhold indefinitely. Their prices are very competitive too, so no penalty for a fantastic service.
