Needed unoccupied home insurance so rang Howdens. Spoke to Alfie in the Guildford office - told him everything i needed and he was so patient, understanding, professional but friendly too. He explained everything in detail to me and sorted me a policy out. Very good to actually speak to a real person on the end of the phone who understood what i needed instead of doing it online. Email confirmation and policy documents followed within a few days. Highly recommend!

Although we didn’t go with Howden in the end, Augusta was extremely helpful throughout and provided very competitive pricing with good, clear cover options. The service was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage. This time we went with another provider, but I would definitely give Augusta a call again next year.
