Sam was very helpful..my previous car insurance policy was coming to an end..Howdens had at that time sent out letters about their insurances in the post to the public..and I felt it would be good to have Howdens in Newport for my car Insurance as opposed to one online..Sam soon gave me a quote,I thought was fair, for what was going to be my new car insurance policy for this year..Sam had a clear speaking voice ,I felt unrushed,and he was able tell me the details I needed to know..so all good..

What a great experience compared with the Banks I've had to deal with. Instant greeting at the door and straight away I was speaking to a brilliantly well informed lady, called Daisy who sorted out my queries with ease. It was all very friendly and helpful. Was very happy to have a person to help me sort out my car insurance rather than having to go through a comparison site. Daniel phoned me rather than having to contact him and having to choose between various options only to find you are in a queue. Despite the lateness of the day Daniel remained helpful throughout, taking time to explain my queries and make sure I was happy with how it was progressing. I don't usually go with Howdens but to my surprise this year their insurance was cheaper and better than I had.Spoke to insurer who explained everything,plus very important to me I can ring and speak to people not an answer machine,yes an actual person.Would highly recommend.

Extremely supportive at a very difficult and worrying time dealing with an elderly parent who had sadly gone into a care home then only to find that there biggest investment had no building or contents insurance. And because of no POA in place this was not straightforward but the staff was excellent.
