Although the team were very helpful, I can’t help feeling dissatisfied.
I believe the purpose of having a camper van is to travel with your own accommodation etc and therefore 30 days european insurance cover wouldn’t be enough for the period of time wanting to travel abroad. Here in the UK i would have preferred to be a member of a specific breakdown organisation and not whoever is available at the time as said.
I also asked for key cover to be put on the policy as I have it on my other vehicles but that wasn’t feasible?

Richard went to a great deal of trouble to explain all possible options, at the best possible price. He suggested taking up emergency cover, which is sch a good idea. He was so kind and charming. He talked so much that by the end of 45 minutes the poor chap had a very sore throat,!
