I called to enquired about Business van insurance and spoke with Rob Trobridge. I found him to be extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He found us such fantastic deals that I have also taken out car insurance for my personal vehicles. I would definitely recommend chatting to Howdens when thinking about insurance, especially Rob he has made the whole process a delight. Fantastic to speak with a human and not a computer robot. From the first call for a quote to agreeing to insure with Howdens, Nilesh was absolutely great.. Spoke to me on a personal level and made me feel great about the car I owned, he made me feel it was an honour to insure the car for me. The quote was also less than half of what I’d been paying elsewhere. All in all I’m extremely pleased with his service.

I spoke to Nilesh this morning regarding an issue from another insurance compnay I was faced with . I was impressed with the vast amount of knowledge Nilesh had regarding insurance and giving me some very useful advice. Knowing too well I was not going to do any business, Nilesh did not hesitate and still gave a good 20 minutes of his time to help me out. I will make an effort to secure all my future insurance policies with Howdens. Absolutely brilliant service, great advice and a true gentlemen.
