Quick to answer the phones and set up an insurance policy in a very pleasant manner, but pretty dreadful at sending out and issuing the policy and confirmation of payment, I have requested this twice now and still haven’t received ANY paperwork even though I have been told it is in the post, I know Royal Mail is quite slow with their deliveries but I have now been waiting THREE weeks, I find this sort of thing extremely frustrating and unprofessional!!

But when it comes to reminders once maybe three weeks away cautious call with the figures another a week away to prompt the situation and another within 48 hours have you forgotten ? when our house was due I thought we had moved in with you. Regurds.

I spoke to a young man called Dylan in my local branch ( Bridge Street, Andover). He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was also a very personable young man. I find insurance confusing and dull but Dylan and I had a laugh which made the experience more bearable.
