I liked the initial greeting, not kept waiting for making eye contact. Easy to answer questions and good explanations for anything I was unsure about. Comfortable in the surroundings, pleasant staff , happy to use the company in the future .

I telephoned at a time when there was no one available to speak to me, but I was promised a call back and sure enough it came exactly as predicted. A very helpful agent talked me through the policy and I was delighted to find I was saving myself saving at least £200. Thank you very much.
