Charlie Jones was a pleasure to deal with when arranging a car insurance policy.

The premium was also very good when compared to other companies on the market.

Howden Insurance (formerly A-Plan) have been assisting us with our motor insurance for several years. They are very user-friendly and highly efficient. Most recently I have been dealing with Chloe Wilde in the High Wycombe branch, who was exceptional in negotiating suitable cover for my classic car. Great job.

I thought going through a Broker for car insurance would mean the premium would be high. The insurance I was looking for was not straight forward. The lovely lady at Howden sorted out a quote which suited my requirements and was at the best price I had been given. Taking out the insurance has been easy and the service brilliant. Pleased to have found Howden insurance in Malvern. Stephanie Pearce sorted my house insurance and Rob Byrd my business insurance. Was impressed with them both- helpful and professional and also patient as I struggle with the complexities and welcomed their help and experience to get a good straightforward result. I took time to dig about a bit on the internet myself but found nothing better (why would I when a specialist insurance broker is already on the case!). It was easy to get back to the same person at Howden and carry on our conversation. I understand our policy, I’m confident about future support if ever I need to claim and I’m happy to recommend Howden.
