I like dealing with a real person. The agent was very patient, running through different scenarios to ensure I got the cover I wanted for the best price. I had lots of questions and changed my mind a few times but it wasn't a problem at all. I really felt getting the right cover was as important to them as it was to me. I had originally called to accept my car insurance renewal but ended up getting my house insurance through Howdens too.

The member of staff was so helpful and explained everthing clearly. We have been with our previous insurers over 10 years however, it is ow impossible to talk to a person without being charged a large admin fee to change car details.

We have used the Farnborough branch for many years always finding the staff friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had a car accident.We contacted the branch and James took charge of everything he was friendly efficient and caring ensuring we understood the process fully checking regularly to make sure repairs etc were going according to plan. He made what could have been very stressful as simple and pain free as possible
