Excellent face to face service in Lichfield, Staffs office.
Would highly recommend. All the staff in the office were helpful, polite, efficient and went beyond the standard service companies give today. Nothing was too much trouble. No jargon, no AI trash, no contacting china/india, just face to face with a real human in a real office.

I have nothing but praise for George from the Eastleigh branch (Southampton) and his handling of an unusual request. Finding an Australian spec vehicle that was imported from the USA and not previously registered must have been intetesting.
He talked me trough the details he needed and in less than an hour came back to me with a fantastic quote.
I should point out that other specialist insurers could either not find the vehicle or told me that would be in touch over the next 48-72 hours !.

I received a flyer for Howden car insurance. I’ve never used them before and I thought I would get a quote. David in the Altrincham branch answered. It was great to get through to a real person. He was polite, efficient, happy to help and he gave me a very competitive price. I decided to move from my online insurance provider because they had started charging £25 for making calls to them or making any changes to my policy online. The only way I could speak to them was through ChatGPT. My experience could not have been more different with Howdens. A truly excellent service.
