A knowledgeable and helpful advisor with whom I was able to discuss insurance in person; not on the phone or a computer. My business was moved back to Howden because his diligence enabled a very satisfactory outcome. I cannot give date of experience correctly (the next question) as I need to put two dates. As I’ve stated dealing with a computer is often unsatisfactory.

Not the good usual service we are use to. Had to chase multiple times to get a reply when discussing my renewal. Took over a week to get a response. No apology for the slowness in reply. Had to push to get confirmation on coverage as initial answer was "it should be covered"

Howdens really are superb company to sort all your insurance needs.
My campervan my wife's car and my house are all looked after by Howdens.
The insurances are all auto renew but the staff at Sutton coldfield and Stratford-upon-Avon for the camper keep me informed of costs renewal dates etc.
It is all very professional.
