Howdens contacted me on many occasions but I missed the calls. I called them back & spoke to Charlie Emmons. He was friendly, polite, listened to our needs, was thorough & understanding& not pushy at all. After an hour's call & finalising details he saved us £150 on our motorhome insurance. I have been sent all documents & it was followed up by a call & email today.
