I am pleased with the service I was given but I must say I wished that insurance companies would give the best quote possible rather than waiting until we go to other companies first and then have to go back and forward trying to negotiate the best deal. As it was you nearly lost our customer due to this as the other company was doing the same thing.

Excellent service from start to finish
After a really stressful time trying to sort insurance, Howden Insurance were a breath of fresh air.
A special mention to Farwa, who was absolutely brilliant throughout — professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, was very patient, and genuinely went the extra mile to get everything sorted.
The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her help. Very impressed with the service and communication. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We have had 2 dealings with Howden Insurance at Leamington Spa. In both instances we have had excellent service from Laura Hall and Tracy Nealon. In both instances the help that we received was excellent. It is brilliant that you can speak to people in the UK rather than offshore. We have taken out car insurance and home insurance. Nothing was too much trouble and thank you again for your excellent service. If you are thinking of taking out insurance please speak to these young ladies, you will not be disappointed !
