We received our renewal quote and as it had gone up considerably decided to shop around. Not wanting to spend time on the phone or computer decided to visit your shop in Worthing for a quote.
Glad we did, Angel took all the information, was patient, polite and helpful and after a short while came up with a policy and price and with an insurance company we have dealt with in the past who proved to be very good, also good to know that should we need help or to claim somebody is there for us and they will deal with the problem for us. We have never used Howden before, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
I would also like to mention Anna as she kindly helped me when I had trouble with finding my documents on the app, again she was very helpful and patient and sorted it out for me, which was much appreciated.
