Straightforward although complicated phone calls. I find the amount of documentation excessive but then I suppose there is no alternative. It would have been even easier had all three vehicles been dealt with by one office rather than two.

I was contacted by phone ahead of my policy renewal date and was left feeling very confident that my renewal would be handled professionally and in a timely manner and this has been the case throughout the process. It is also important to mention that the person I dealt with was very friendly and pleasant and had excellent customer service skills! (I know this as I was previously an assessor for Customer Service qualifications!)
