Sebastian and Duncan at the Salisbury office were both very helpful. My current insurance provider let me down and then wanted to charge more than double what I had been paying to renew my policy, Howden came up with a much better price I also liked that I got to speak to someone straight away, no hanging on the phone for thirty minutes listening to elevator music. I would recommend giving them a call.

The new system of automatic renewal was a surprise, but is very gelpful and trouble-free. What makes it four and not five stars is that the procedure is *so* electronic. I believe you would provide hard copy of documents ? but decided to print them out myself. Excellent service.

When I called into you office in Salisbury to check when my contents Insurence was due I meet Liam Leverton very polite gentleman very helpful and sorted the new policy for me plus he gave me a quote for my car insurance is about to run out so yes very helpful only problem is I were hearing aid jot to hear what he was saying due to loud background talking
