I have to commend Hassan Mohammed for his first class service organising my recent home insurance policy. At all times Hassan explained everything so well, was polite and courteous at all times. Howden insurance are very fortunate having Hassan working for them, he is truly an asset to the company.

Having spent an hour and a quarter on the phone to another company, I ended my call and decided to give Howdens a call. My call was answered almost immediately, I was transferred quickly and spoke to a lovely chap called Alex. Very professional and super helpful. What a contrast. Can't rate him highly enough. I will definitely be recommending. 10 out of 10.
