Gary and the team are always very helpful and they follow up everything, without missing any information and send out the documents very quickly.
I had a breakdown a year ago and the recovery company were appalling, when they finally turned up after 4 hour waiting in freezing weather. Even though Howden's don't have control over who is sent out, but Gary listened to my complaint and made appropriate changes to my service, without question.

I thought I would try going through a broker to compare the renewal premium from Privilege (£730) with Confused (£478) and obtaining a quote through Howdens.
Howdens were able to match the lowest Confused quote but with far better benefits, a recognised insurance company and superb customer service. I now have a dedicated person I can contact with any query. Fantastic saving of £250

Ben was really efficient. He was extremely fluent and didn’t waste time or a word. I know that he has a script to run through and many times insurance companies have managed to wind me up by their scripted conversations. He did what he had to with good humour and so efficiently that I came off the phone delighted to remain with you. My wife heard our exchanges and commented “He was really switched on”. One of the advisors that I spoke to Harry Hopkins was very helpful and polite and I would definitely deal with him again. However I spoke to another advisory on the same day (22.12.25) and I am still waiting for him to phone me back with a quotation (06.01.26)
