Campervan Insurance
I was getting to the end of my tether, searching endless websites for a reasonably priced campervan insurance quotation when out of the blue I received a phone call from Kerry Cornwell. We'll never know whether I pressed a button incorrectly or it was just a happy coincidence but Kerry set about providing a quotation in a professional and businesslike manner explaining each stage of the process as we went along. There was a technical hitch, of my own making, which prevented the transaction being concluded that day, however, undeterred, Kerry arranged to call me back 7 days later when the situation should have been resolved. To the agreed minute Kerry called back, established the status quo, which incidentally had still not been resolved, advised me the easiest, and least costly, method of proceeding which would allow me to collect the vehicle on the agreed day. Throughout the entire operation my overriding feeling was that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who had my interests at heart. From this experience I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Howden Insurance, and Kerry in particular to others. Thank you Kerry for your help and guidance

My renewal was efficiently conducted but I did have to raise some queries. These were, however, resolved satisfactorily and I was able to proceed. I do, however, consider that the service charge levied is higher than I consider that it ought to be.

I've just renewed my PL insurance, not only are they very competitive, they are friendly and helpful, and you can actually talk to someone. I will give a special mention to Ross who is super helpful. This review only applies to the Public Liability department, as the motor vehicle department is rubbish, they don't ring you back when they say they will, Hence I've insured my commercial vehicle with someone else. Just goes to show its not just the company, its the people who make the company great. well done Ross.

Had contact via Andrew, who was very helpful and professional. we went through the vehicle and my needs, and came back quite quickly with a very competitive quote. I didn't feel pressured to take the policy out there and then, but when i was ready to activate the quote, it was all very simple and easy. Im not normally one for using the phone to speak to someone, but i found this encounter very good.
