I can’t remember the name of the lovely girl I spoke to but she was extremely helpful at the Sutton Coldfield branch.I always use Howden insurance but they need to start getting a bit more competitive going forward.

Excellent company. Speak to a 'real' person who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance. I would not go to anyone else after this positive experience. I almost gave up the will to live being passed from bot to bot. All I wanted was to speak to a real person who knew what I wanted and to explain things to me. I found this at Howdens. Although I'm in the 'older' bracket, this was my first time insuring my car and it was a minefield to me. I can't express enough how helpful and knowledgeable the lady I spoke to was. Very happy with this company and highly recommend.

What i am not happy with is if I waited a week before I started my insurance I could have saved £100 this doesn't seem right I only needed the car for one day that week also I have asked for my policy in the post this has still not come hopefully next year you can do better as a company
