My experience with Howdeninsurance.co.uk was second to none. The Customer Services Representative, Sophie, was professional, curteous, helpful and friendly throughout our telecom, dudiligently actively working on a policy to best siuit my needs. She explained every detail and covered every aspect of my requirements; nothing was left to undone. I found the whole experience of renewing my car policy with Sophie re-freshingly new.

Literally from start to finish they look after you . I have been with them for over 15 years and I haven't a bad word to say about them.
They used to be Aplan and now they are Howdens but the service and attention is the same as it has always been ...great in all respects . DAVID the branch head and his staff are absolutely fantastic.

I returned to Holden Insurance Solihull this morning to see Nicole Hickman again.
I had spoken to Nicole last week & she was extremely professional, efficient & gave me the information I needed to think about.
Today, Nicole completed my request for Home Insurance
Again she was extremely pleasant & helpful.
Her customer service skills are excellent.

Had a flyer through the door from Holden, who were local, thought I’d give them a chance to quote my house insurance. As I had just received an extortionately high renewal quote from a very well known national company. Telephoned on a Saturday morning, spoke to a very pleasant and professional young lady called Hannah, who gave me a much more reasonable figure for a like for like quote. Had no hesitation in accepting it. Shortly after, I Received an email from Hannah with the documents attached for me to check over, which were fine. Howden’s will now be my first option for all future insurances.

Decided to try a broker rather than the lowest quotes on the comparison sites for a change. Yes, cheap but excess ridiculously high (eg £3500). Never heard of any of the cheapest firms either. Everything on the Internet with no chance of speaking to a human.
Cue Ashley Goringe of Howdens. Very personable, professional and patient. Got me a quote for my F Pace through a mainstream insurer (Axa) at a price far less than I could get through a comparison site via the same insurer.
