A great firm to deal with. It is always easier to go into a real office and discuss your issues with a real person. It may cost a bit more but it may also be really worth it in the end. My insurance renewal was dealt with quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost. Very happy would recommend the firm.

A Seamless Transition
The appeal of a local, direct contact insurance service grew as the on-line facility I had been using for years became increasingly frustrating, particularly due to the excessive time I seemed to be spending wading through menus and listening to canned music before I was able to actually speak to somebody.
The approach to Howden fully justified my decision as the advisor I spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and informative, particularly with regard to offering different alternatives for the car insurance I was wanting to renew. The premium offered and agreed to was below quoted by my existing insurer, but of greater importance was the careful and friendly personal service offered by the company. I feel comfortable and that is of great value.
