Graham from the Chester branch has lowered my premiums for my family's property portfolio as well as improving the quality insurance. It's not a straightforward portfolio so he had his work cut out. I have recently been through a claim for a burglary for one property where damage was caused, Graham was fast and efficient to act and kept me up to date every step. Couldn't ask for any better. I recently changed my car and telephone A-Plan for an amendment to my policy. Unfortunately the insurers I was with would not insure me, as they only deal with smaller vehicles but Richard Allen was excellent in explaining the reason and giving me several options. I was a little unsure what to do and again Richard was listening to me and offered to do new quotes and discussing the pros and cons for each one. I have renewed with A-Plan and thank Richard for his excellent customer services and not rushing me. Richard was very professional as well as being friendly over the phone with a genuine sales head on and not taking advantage. Thank you

Today I renewed my wife's car insurance with A-Plan Insurance in Bournemouth. The young lady who looked after me was- LAUREN SERRANO BURKE.
She trawled through 30 different companies and incredibly managed to save us over £100 ! You can imagine that we were both surprised and delighted!
I have been a retailer for 40 years and If Lauren worked for me then I could have retired sooner !
You are lucky to have such a conscientious employee and I will do my best to push customers towards Lauren and A- Plan.

Have used A-Plan for several years. I have always found them extremely helpful and courteous. When I was involved in an accident some time ago, I contacted them and basically they took care of everything.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them, so much so that I switched my house and contents insurance to them.
I highly recommend A-Plan.
