The agents I spoke to 1st James then Brian and Eliot , were very friendly, but we're confused thinking I wanted to pay by direct debit, whereas I am paying tgevwhoke amount in one payment. I kept receiving text messages to sign the direct debit agreement abd hope tgat tgesebwill now stop. I dtill havent received my insurance information by post and hope that ill receive this during this week. Apart from this blip, the agents were charming . So here's to a happy association nation

This is the very first time that I have had to deal with Home Insurance and to be honest I was not looking forward to it, but after meeting the young lady I dealt with I have to say that she was absolutely brilliant at her job and made everything a lot easier for me. She had an approach to people that put you at ease and made everything very clear. I would recommend the company and their staff to everyone.

I was very impressed with the service I received whilst renewing my home insurance. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable she made the whole process very easy whilst advising of the policies available. It was also al lot cheaper than last years premium, but the cover was the same, which was very much appreciated in these hard times. I was very impressed with the service provded.
