There are more and more companies asking for this kind of feedback. Sometimes I just get rid of them quickly. But for Howden's I enjoy coming in to the office and getting a good intelligent reason for everything. But I should warn you that if you start being directive, 'Write this', Write that' I will quickly give up and come into the office to say so.
