I rang the shrewsbury office and spoke to some one about the price of mine and the wife car insurance quotes. Ask if there's anything they can do about price on both cars and was told it's the best deals we have found . Mine £236 .wife's £304. Rang bk week later same number and spoke to david in another branch and I said is there anything he can do about price before I cancel and check on line and mine came down to £214 .wife's £282 .thanks to david I was happy to pay both and he made it quick and easy and posted certificates out to us . The company needs to check that all employees are giving the best price just like david...

Very please premium came down this Yr ,a claim last yr was sorted with out any problems great you can just go into the office in Norwich and speak to a human ,no hanging around when you allways a person who answers

I find the staff at Howden really very helpful. I changed car insurance company last year and needed some changes when it came up for renewal.

This has to be the best experience I've ha d negotiating insurance in 40 years ! Luke ( Howden Insurance ) went through every detail imaginable in a clear , logical manner : nothing was too much trouble to organize my car insurance. I had forgotten just how good things used to be when you could always talk to an intelligent , well- informed human being instead of a robot !
Not everybody is 100% computer literate and I'm certainly not ! I had given up trying to search on line for the best deal but I need not have worried as Luke did it all for me and I ended up with a very good insurance package - thank you Luke.
Anyway , I'm so impressed with this company that I shall switch all my insurances gradually over to them to deal with. Bravo Howden !!
