When we struggled to get an acceptable price for our car insurance renewal through the usual screen scraper channels we decided to try a broker. After completing the call back request I was contacted by phone within the two minute window and redirected to Liam at the Salisbury office. It was 4:30 in the afternoon but he still cheerfully laboured away for 45 minutes to get us a deal we had been unable to get near before. The benefits of a broker are the more nuanced approach whereas the online quote sites are too black and white in their tick boxes. Liam was really friendly and appropriately forward which made the long phone call a real pleasure. We will certainly consider Howdens again for our insurance needs as a valuable new tool alongside the screen scrapers and companies that "don't appear on the screen scraper sites". Thank you Liam.
