A very nice lady called Taiya picked-up my car insurance renewal, and worked hard to get my premium down... considerably down compared to previous years, basically halved it ! but still keeping me on full cover.

Great result, and all got handled very well... no messing around, just got it done.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time because the service I received was outstanding.

After being involved in a car collision, I contacted them to report the incident, and from the very first call, they were understanding, professional, and reassuring. The entire process from having my car collected to receiving its market value was lengthy, but they made it as smooth as possible. They liaised with my insurance company on my behalf and regularly checked in to ensure everything was progressing. If there were any delays, they proactively investigated and kept me informed.

One person who truly stood out was Chris from Taunton Brokers. His support made the experience seamless, and I really appreciate his dedication. When I later needed to insure my new car, I called Chris again, and he went above and beyond by also checking on the status of my old car saving me an extra phone call. His initiative and commitment to great service were impressive.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them!

This review it is specifically for someone super special. His name is Jack Lawrence.
Jack Lawrence it is one in a million employee .Before he was looking to my case (matter) ,I have spoken to many other ladies by phone in the office. Unfortunately those ladies was just ignoring 😕 me. Until Jack Lawrence answered the phone for the first time, he was so helpful to me, I can't believe, he was the only person to actually help me out . I have explained to him that I could get hold of the company with the email that has been provided to me. So Jack Lawrence, straight away send me a email 📧 so I could email him back with the documents that I have been asked to provide to the company.
Jack Lawrence is a very polite person, very helpful, supportive and he puts a lot of attention when he was talking to me on the phone 📱, to try to understand exactly what i was need help with. He was the only person that really cares. That is how the customers should be treated, with respect, and that is how Jack Lawrence treated me, with respect. All customer should be treated with respect, help, support and attention.
Jack Lawrence it is one in a million and he deserves to have a pay rise to be an excellent employee. There is not many employee out there like Jack Lawrence. As I have mentioned before, Jack Lawrence is one in a million. Well done Jack Lawrence. Keep up with your excellent work. I hope you boss gives you pay rise, because you deserve it.
