He took it upon himself to investigate the issues we'd been having. He came down to our unit almost right away, put the time and effort in and did a great job this year.
I've gone from genuinely annoyed, to a pleased customer and will gladly recommend any motor trader to speak with him, as they won't be disappointed with his customer focussed approach.
