This was an excellent service provided by Luke in the Worthing branch. Polite, thorough and extremely helpful. I am very particular about travel insurance and the provision of a good claims service (should the need ever arise), is something I value above the cost of the premium. It is many years since I used the services of a broker - usually a comparison website to arrange all our insurances. However, we needed the services of a specialist broker because of the special circumstances that had arisen. All but Howden I contacted said they didn't have the expertise. And at Howden, Luke Morley at Tooting was that expert.
Not pushy in any way.
Luke went above and beyond just getting a quote.
I just hope Howden keep him so he is around at the next renewal.

I tried to take out insurance with you but it became too difficult regarding sending photos and information so went with a company with a human based customer service. On you information it said i did not send some documents etc. the insurance would be void and money taken would be refunded 44.68 pounds. no refund arrived and now you are saying you will take next months money soon !!! what is happening and why

Howdens provide a service that is sadly missing these days. They can be contacted by telephone easily and they ring you back at an agreed time. Tom the person I spoke to was very friendly, provided an informed service and quotes were competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Howdens.

Just renewed my van insurance with Howdens at Welwyn Garden.

I've been with them almost exclusively for the last 20 years.
I stay with them because of the personal service they provide. Always friendly and professional.
I tried a different company one year because it was a bit cheaper but soon regretted it when I needed to get in touch. Having to wait ages on hold only to speak with people who didn't have a basic command of the English language
is just a false economy as far as I'm concerned.
This office is always on the ball with good legal connections too.
Howdens managed to drop my insurance by £300+ this year, I appreciate them not taking my loyalty for granted.
