I have bought my house and car insurance for a few years now with them and they have always been very thorough, professional and patient with me. I prefer being able to go into their shop in Banbury and discussing about my policy face to face and have always been happy with their advice.

Have been with A plan (Newbury) using Howden insurance for many years - multiple cars and home insurance. Decided to have a more face to face experience so noticed that there was an Howden Insurance brokers in Exeter. Having moved to Exmouth a year ago we decided to renew our home insurance using the brokers in Exeter. Although the office was extremely busy with multiple staff taking calls we were impressed with the service given. We renewed our home insurance with them and shall continue in the future if the price is competitive regarding car and home insurance.
