I've been using Howdens for almost 9 years and they've always been great with insuring our cars. Always striving to get us the best possible price and lovely and quick to deal with. What I also greatly appreciate is that I can call their office and speak to someone strsight away on a normal local landline instead of a call centre waiting on hold forever. Highly recommend them!

I went into the Gloucester branch to pay my car insurance as I do every year.
I had an unpleasant experience with the woman on the front desk who offered to assist me. She made me feel uncomfortable the whole time I was there as I asked for the print outs of the car insurance.
I asked her some questions she seemed reluctant to help me and continued to type on the computer as if I wasn’t there.
I regretted going into the Gloucester branch to pay in person.
