We have all our classics with Howden, can’t fault the service. Genuinely feels like they fully understand our needs as a client and we have the comfort that the staff we speak to are not only professionals with a high level of understanding in terms of classic cars but also car enthusiasts, super professional and well informed.

Whilst I had difficulties reading and understanding so many attachments to your e-mail informing me of the need to renew the insurance cover, you found a more reasonable annual premium at about half the previous year.

This was a superbly handled meeting by the branch manager, my autistic grandson and me, and later by another staff member, to arrange contents cover for my grandson's bedsit. But potential insurers would not provide cover as the bedsit door could not be locked. During negotiations with the landlord, Howden remained supportive culminating in a successful outcome. Simply first class treatment.

Thank you to Evan for quoting our two vans that were recently due for renewal with another big provider that sadly caused us many issues and even messed up the renewal. I decided to visit the branch spoken to Tracey, well what can I say she went above and beyond to find the best quote for me and the cheapest.
Tracy also got Lee the manager involved to see if she could find a better deal and they did, Tracey also before leaving gave me 2 small sachets of hearb seeds to take home and grow.
I have had the company when it was called A Plan now called Howden I shall be coming back next year and hopefully get to speak to Tracy again one happy customer.

My experience with Howdeninsurance.co.uk was second to none. The Customer Services Representative, Sophie, was professional, curteous, helpful and friendly throughout our telecom, dudiligently actively working on a policy to best siuit my needs. She explained every detail and covered every aspect of my requirements; nothing was left to undone. I found the whole experience of renewing my car policy with Sophie re-freshingly new.

Literally from start to finish they look after you . I have been with them for over 15 years and I haven't a bad word to say about them.
They used to be Aplan and now they are Howdens but the service and attention is the same as it has always been ...great in all respects . DAVID the branch head and his staff are absolutely fantastic.
