Straightforward car insurance renewal. I am retired so do not commute. My former employer occasionally needs my help so I drive in to them a few days a year.

Cheerful greeting on entry to a relaxed, but busy atmosphere. The team were helpful and interacted happily when required. Tracy was friendly and professional with a very good knowledge of all the aspects of insurance that were necessary. She gave clear explanations and it was refreshing to be treated as individuals by finding the best quotes that were available. Despite the premiums offered being on the high side, they covered everything required and it is reassuring to know there is face to face consultation if required.
