The personnel at the office were great—-very helpful and considerate—-and spent good time getting my policy renewed.
However I was very disturbed that money had been taken out of my account without my permission. This was due to automatic renewal but I have requested that this does not happen again. All has been sorted recently and so to reflect my ongoing positive and excellent experience of Howden’s, I’ve upgraded to a five star!!

I've used Howden for several years now for my car insurance. It's nice to actually speak to someone about what you are looking for and check everything is covered.
I've always used a comparison site to check that the renewal price is in the right order of cost. When it hasn't been they have been able to identify anything missing from the other quote or look at other options.

This is my third year of house and contents insurance with Howden Insurance and this year it was Laura Keirl who handled the renewal. Like her colleagues in previous years, Laura was extremely helpful and responsive to emails and very clear and thorough on the phone.
