Jane Rowe I believe went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my new car . She called me back when she said she would. Discussed with the insurance company to get the price down to what was except able. Absolutely fantastic service from Howden Malvern, Stephanie Witt absolutely saved the day ! She went above and beyond to sort my car insurance out, she was polite and very professional even with me pestering her she kept her cool, an absolute asset to Howden in my opinion, I look forward to my dealings with her in the future, I’ve been with them over 30 years and cannot fault them in any way.

I called Howden to get an alternative insurance for a campervan I was looking to buy and spoke to Jack Comer from Howden's Sutton Coldfield office who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Early on in the call the line froze and we got disconnected but Jack called me straight back and apologised.
Jack talked me through all the options available and wasn't pushy at all, unlike some other insurance companies I've dealt with. When it came to purchasing the insurance the following day I got a quote, Jack called me at the time he said he would and even delayed his lunch break to get everything sorted and confirmed for me.
Jack was very thorough and ensured I was happy with everything before closing the call. This was the first time I've dealt with Howden's and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had Classic cover with RH Classic some years ago, and had the pleasure of speaking with Alexander on the phone this morning. Campervan Insurance
I was getting to the end of my tether, searching endless websites for a reasonably priced campervan insurance quotation when out of the blue I received a phone call from Kerry Cornwell. We'll never know whether I pressed a button incorrectly or it was just a happy coincidence but Kerry set about providing a quotation in a professional and businesslike manner explaining each stage of the process as we went along. There was a technical hitch, of my own making, which prevented the transaction being concluded that day, however, undeterred, Kerry arranged to call me back 7 days later when the situation should have been resolved. To the agreed minute Kerry called back, established the status quo, which incidentally had still not been resolved, advised me the easiest, and least costly, method of proceeding which would allow me to collect the vehicle on the agreed day. Throughout the entire operation my overriding feeling was that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who had my interests at heart. From this experience I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Howden Insurance, and Kerry in particular to others. Thank you Kerry for your help and guidance

My renewal was efficiently conducted but I did have to raise some queries. These were, however, resolved satisfactorily and I was able to proceed. I do, however, consider that the service charge levied is higher than I consider that it ought to be.
