So I called Howdens for a quote on home Insurance unfortunately they called just when I had to go out & arranged to call me back later that day.
They called exactly on time & introduced himself. All I can say is WOW - Customer Services at its best. Excellent. Leo from Bury at Edmunds was outstanding. I really didn't expect this level of service especially as it's been apparent for many years a personal service is virtually unheard of these days! This indeed was personal - he listened to my concerns & specifics of what I wanted covered. He helped me fully understand what everything meant putting into layman's terms. Nothing was rushed at any time. He rang around different providers trying to find a great deal for me. He really worked hard to ensure he covered everything. I am so impressed. I will 100% be calling him again to sort my car insurance.

Howden won back my house and car insurance, and will probably get all our insurance.
