This company had taken over from my previous insurance company who I had dealt with for a number of years.My policy was due to run out and I had received no notification regarding renewal so I rang.Eventually it was resolved.Don’t want to be too negative but initially not over impressed.It’s early days for them with new people .

Found Howdens after a Google search for insurance for van with modifications and they had the best price. Was really pleased when I spoke to them. They have small offices in the south so you actually get to speak to a person quickly who is cheerful. Will have to wait and see what will happen when it's time for renewing but I changed my home contents to them too, primarily because of price but also because they're really a very nice company.

Recently I had to make a claim due to a leakage in my kitchen. The leakage had caused considerable damage to my, fairly new, kitchen. Sarah Hares dealt with my case following my speaking with Martin Blower. Sarah checked on the progress of the claim several times and kept me informed of the progress. I cannot speak highly enough of them regarding the attention given to my claim which has now been successfully resolved.
