insuring my vehicle with Howden over the phone was straight forward as with most insurers, answer a few questions and if the price is with in your budget insurance can commence. how they will respond in the eventis a claim remains to be seen, otherwise excellent customer service

The consultants guide you through the whole process and explain any changes. There are options to pay if you so desire. My adviser was Catherine Smith and was very satisfied dealing with her.

You get to talk to a real English person straight away. None of this 'automated' rubbish. No call centre bloke in Bangalore reading off a crib sheet. Helpful, knowledgeable English people. I was promised a call back at a certain time and it came. If Howden continue that approach, they will get my business always.
