Since Howdens moving my account to another office after nearly 30 years, I have found them to be a little lacking in the customer service department … The office I was with were unbelievably efficient, and Co always called when a policy was due… I now just get an email reminding me! I’m not happy with this at all, but when I challenged them they just said ‘that’s how we work from this office’ I originally used Howdens ( formally A plan) because they were a small business and always made you feel important to them. Sadly, this seems to have all changed since being sold.
I am not happy but the other choice is on line.. or a call Center … no thanks!

I have found you quite exspensive . And trying to accept the loan company is a joke I mush tried at 20 times and dtkk I’m ll no go so when I get . I will Hatton phone someone .
