I needed home and contents insurance cover, and felt I got a well tailored touch when it came to the cover offered. I was not let down . I spoke to Peter who sorted everything out when it came to all aspects of cover and I felt secure with the information about cover he gave me. He was professional, polite, friendly and clear. I felt the overall quote and package offered was also very well priced and was happy to accept it.

Having tried various brokers to obtain an insurance for our motorhome which was complicated by our circumstances we were getting nervous of any success until I was pointed in the direction of Howden. All I can say is the Howden team were extremely efficient and helpful. All three of the guys I spoke to were great, in particular Sam Reilly who did the final paperwork with us. Thanks!

This was a very complicated position for me. Due to loss of my partner and ill health myself, my house will be up for sale soon and I have moved in with my daughter. Had no idea how to have adequate insurance on the property during this time. The gentleman went out of his way to explain all that I needed to do, text me to keep me informed and explained everything that a 75 year old could understand . He was patient, reassuring and appreciate all that has done for me . Great customer care and much appreciated .

The frist lady i spoke to was very efficent however the second one was very unsure of her product she was selling me also i think they need a loop system to speak with customers other than listing to conversations on phones

Have used Howden (A-Plan) for many years and there services has always been exceptional. We have both our cars and our home insured with them and if you should ever have to make a claim it is so simple with their support. All 5he members of staff are very polite and professional.
