Freddy at Howden Insurance was outstanding. He got me a great price, explained everything clearly, and always called back exactly when he said he would.
Freddy also has a brilliant sense of humour — a little cheeky in the best possible way — while still remaining completely professional. He built great rapport with me very quickly, which is rare.

I have to say what an excellent company 1Howdon insurance is, but in particular, what an excellent advisor Luke Morley is... I needed urgent cover for a delivery driver and he's sorted it for me without any issue whatsoever. I would not hesitate to use these guys if you are needing a broker to take care of your business insurance.

I’ve recently taken out both home and car insurance through Howden. Alex was very helpful and easy to deal with throughout. He appeared totally ‘on it’. Of course the real proof will be if we need to make a claim but fingers crossed that won’t be necessary!
