The annual renewal notice came in good time and with a lower premium than the previous year. The reminder to me that I hadn’t acted upon the initial prompt was at the right time. I had a couple of questions and spoke to Jon on the phone who was helpful, friendly and professional. I felt that I was in good hands.

I have used Howdens for many years for my house insurance however, some years they can't come anywhere near my other quotes for car insurance.. This year they did and included full breakdown cover as well. Brandon, from the Basingstoke branch, was excellent. I couldn't fault the service I received. Would highly recommend this company.
