I would thoroughly recommend Howden Insurance if you want to be sure you won't inadvertently get tripped up by insurance policy small print. My contact Harry Laben was not only extremely courteous and personable but was forensically thorough in guiding me through the myriad little nuances that I am sure would have left me uncovered in a number of areas of my home insurance if I had tried to do it on my own. He also negotiated a very competitive premium when compared to quotes I had previously obtained on comparison websites and had I continued going down this 'do it yourself' route before seeing what Howden could offer I feel I would have undoubtedly left myself with cover that was totally inadequate. All in all, a very professional and confidence building service.

Never had any problems always got the best deal, the staffs are very very helpful when you explain your needs it's done to your satisfaction and you get full explanation over the phone the best deal before you except it, well done to all the staff and keep up the good work, oh by the way and you alway get a good deal on car insurance as well I'm very happy and satisfied always.

12hours later the gront nearside suspension fell off causing the car to be a write off. The cause a long ago cracked steering arm. asHowdens insurance company refused to inspect the car within the regulatory time the carxeaszeritten off and my insurance premium shot up over £900.
Ive used howdens for many years but never had such a problem befor.
To be fair, the insurance company paid out ,£2000 more than the car was covered for.
