Howden Insurance was recommended to me for a specialist policy. Spoke to Sam Riley who was very thorough and accurate in explaining everything to me. Due to the unique nature of the policy, he went away to absolutely make sure all my queries were answered accurately. Sam was patient, respectful, understanding and professional throughout the call. He provided a quote which was competitive. I usually do not choose insurance right away but due to Sam’s thoroughness and detailed explanation along with the price he had quoted, I went ahead with it. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Sam. He is a huge asset within your organisation. If there are any internal recognition or rewards, I would highly recommend Sam Riley for one. We took out house insurance with Howden on our daughter’s recommendation as she has multiple policies with them. Had a great experience dealing with Howden insurance, it was quick and easy to get myself set up, the fact they cover you for travelling in Europe is amazing! 🤩 Jack C from the Birmingham office who helped me set up my policy was so kind and friendly, he was honestly amazing and made the whole experience feel a lot more personal, could not have asked for a better person!🤩 Haven’t had to make a claim yet and (touch wood) I never will, so can’t comment on that. But I would definitely recommend Howden with the experience I’ve had so far!
