I rang to confirm my insurance renewal and Catherine Smith of the Tooting office could not have been more helpful. Although it was a renewal she read out in detail all that was covered answering all my questions. It was so nice to be able to discuss things with her even though I had read the renewal documents sent to me. Would recommend.

I found my way to Howden Insurance via a Google search after the usual frustrating search for insurance on comparison websites.
Howden is excellent, I spoke to a really nice gentleman (Richard) who was very helpful and took all the details. He then found the best car insurance for us. He didn’t keep us holding on the phone whilst he searched but instead, called back once he had the details.
By far the best thing about Howden is that they have staff in an office on the end of a telephone. It’s reassuring that you can call and get help when you need it and not go through a long drawn out automated menu and end up with a chatbot.
I will stay with Howden and will certainly use them again for any other insurance needs. They are an excellent company and I would recommend to others.

As always, using Howdens, York is easy. George, the branch manager, does all the hard work required and comes up with the best deal. Paperwork is easy and emailed to us to review and then were set to go. Highly recommend.
