I was running out of options to get my Military truck mobile DJ Booth insured as a number of insurers werent willing to take my request on. I was recommended to Howdens and after chatting to a few very helpful people, I was introduced to Luke Morley. Luke went above and beyond to find the right company to take on this vehicle. He kept me informed of progress throughout the process and managed to secure a contract with monthly payments less than Ive been paying for the previous 3 years. I really wasn't expecting the result that he came back with. This has got me back on track with this new venture. Im eternally grateful for his hard work and would gladly recommend Howdens to friends with similarly unique vehicles.

I received my renewal by email then a phone call to remind me of my renewal. I rang them about my policy for my historic vehicle had a good chat with the lady confirmed my direct debit and all went well got my renewal and documents can't fault you folks thank you.

Picked up the telephone in two rings and proceed the informaton efficiently and professionaly offering advice on features advantages and benefits along the way. Cost was a factor as well as what was covered by the policy. Howden's access to the market provided a good match to my insurance needs. Cover was in place on time and on budget.

Contacted them to set up Building & Contents insurance for our move to North Wales, I telephoned and immediately put through to the correct department, actually speaking to someone and not a call centre or AI makes all the difference in my mind, the quote was delivered within 10 mins and accepted.
