The person I spoke to was amazing, she was super helpful, explained everything. Even after I questioned her on certain aspects of the policy she was crystal clear. In stark contrast to the interrogation I had from Sterling the year previous, this was a lovely experience, we even managed to laugh. It was a pleasure to be able to go into their high street office and talk to real and very helpful people instead of talking on the phone to someone in a far off land.
