I've been using Howdens for years and always appreciate the friendly, expert advice provided. Both for car and home insurance. They take time to make sure you understand what you're getting and will explain the detail/options in lay terms. I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are great and Maria from the Welwyn Garden City branch helped finalise my car insurance this time

Excellent service as we were able to talk to a human on the phone .The price we got for car insurance was very good compared to other companies whose price was in the range of around £1000. Howden saved us over £500 and that was for over 70 age groups.

I took out an insurance policy with Howdens for the first time this year after being with Bikesure for the past 7 years
due to circumstances Bikesure could no longer give me insurance, I decided to give Howdens a chance and I'm glad I did, the operator I spoke with - Gary - listened to my situation and after a few days of back and forth came back to me with an offer I couldn't refuse
it was always a pleasure talking with the Howdens operators and the wait time on the phone was next to non existent! thanks to them i can now ride my 3 bikes for the next year and i am extremally grateful.
i will be using them again next year without a doubt
