Samuel Bray was an enormous help in finding me fleet insurance for my business. I would highly recommend him to any other business owners. Rang Howdens as I needed contents insurance. My call was dealt with by Catherine Smith in the Tooting office. Catherine was brilliant, she researched the market and suggested a policy which was exactly what I needed. She talked me through the details and answered all if my questions. I needed to make notes during our conversation which can take a bit of extra time but i didnt feel Catherine was irritated by this and she gave me time to do so. At no time did I feel rushed in any way to make a decision. I found Catherine friendly, professional and someone who made the whole process as stress free as possible. I only hope she is still in post next year when the policy comes up for renewal. Would definitely recommend Howdens.

I found the process of switching insurance to Howdens very easy, informative and not in the least pushy, and the premium was good. Very friendly agent.
One small issue followed. I had explained that I had one claim in 45 years of driving and that was a pigeon flying in to a very expensive headlamp in 2023. After setting everything up and paying the premium I got a call a couple of days later saying that I had not declared it and therefor the premium would be higher. I was a bit annoyed by this and insisted that I had declared it. The agent listened to a recording of the initial call and called me back to say he had heard me giving that information. The policy was amended to reflect this and as a gesture of goodwill the additional premium was waived. All dealt with in a friendly and professional way.

Efficient friendly helpful and reassuring after a detailed check of all the policy details. To be fair service from these guys has been top notch since I retired 15 years ago and had to find cover away from my previous employer.
