I first used Howdens, Birmingham to arrange my insurance requirements in December 2017 and was immediately impressed by the personal and professional response provided at that time. For that reason I have since placed all my insurance needs with them and throughout the whole of that time their service has been exemplary. It's the personal service that really makes the difference and by being able to speak to someone who is knowledgeable, professional and able to quickly respond to your needs makes it so much easier and faster than doing it online. I have just arranged my latest insurance needs with Birmingham-Sutton Coldfield, the personal response from Anisa was first class, my needs were concluded quickly and easily which is why it's a pleasure to deal with Howden and to be able to do so makes such a refreshing change in this digital day and age.

Howdens have carried on with the tradition of A plan , offering competitive pricing , great advice and if you want it friendly face to face service. They also offer excellent support should you need to claim .Almost 25 years with them as a family on both domestic and vehicle policies.

It's easy to discuss what you were looking for with a representative rather than going around the bizarre's and comparison sites. And frankly it was becoming quite tiring and in the end didn't really get anywhere so it was a relief to have an insurance broker searching on your behalf, and set up ready to go with absolute ease.
