What brilliant service. Howden Insurance is a great provider of insurance products and Lisa, whom I spoke with today, is the very best of what any public facing company could ask for. Professional, friendly and incredibly engaging. It was a great deal of fun renewing my insurance today and one can’t say that often!

Having my home insurance with I called to have car insurance too. I spoke to a very professional, yet friendly advisor called Tracy. She went over and above usual service to help me. She said she would phone be back as she wanted to do everything she could to assist me. She did within an hour and we did the deed . Thank you Tracy for finding me the best options.

As always, Howden's service on the 'phone was friendly, efficient and well-informed. There were minor communications delays resulting form slow responses form the the insurers to issues relating to the policy being set up, but Ben from Howdens was patient and assiduous in following up and keeping things moving.
