The experience was good BUT after 2 weeks I am still waiting for the paperwork to be sent to me as I am unable to save it or print it out. I requested that the certificate etc be sent to me when I renewed, still waiting

Good, timely communication and helpful, efficient office staff. I received an email reminder that my home insurance policy was coming up for renewal and e-copies of documentation inviting me to renew. After reading through all the documents and considering the price I telephoned Howden's Bath office and spoke to Gemma, who was very helpful and friendly and processed my credit card payment. Within half an hour of phoning I received email confirmation that the policy had been renewed plus e-copies of all the supporting documentation and payment receipt. Easy to renew my home insurance policy with Howden's Bath office.
