After a frustrating sat morning when Howdens eastbourne was closed i phoned the number and is was Luke Edwards in Worthing who answered
I told him about my morning and I was not pleased he then explained the reason why
He was then friendly very helpful and proceeded to arrange car insurance for me with full explanations as we went through the process in a clear understanding way
Apart from the price I was happy to the fee requested
He also cancelled the insurance in force as I was now over 80 and claimed the appropriate refund
I found Luke easy to deal with

After receiving my car insurance from my insurance company, I found my premium had gone up £120 this year. I searched internet for different prices, I gave Howden a call ( I used them previously when it was A plan) I spoke to a very helpful person called Nick Armstrong . very professional in breaking all of the quote down, and explaining what cover it was. To make the call even better the quote came in considerably cheaper. so I was a happy customer.

Really helpful on the phone, easy to get a quote, and good value compared to other quotes. However, since taking out the policy I have emailed them several times with attachments requested and asked for a response but still no response from them. It states they usually get back to you within 24hours however, it’s been an extra 5 days and still nothing. A little disappointed with after service after I have taken out a policy with them.
