Excellent value and very pleased with the amount we had to pay. The only problem we found was that we requested a printed copy of the details of the insurance which only came after complaining about waiting 12 weeks. Then we're pleased to say it arrived 3 days later. Had exactly the same problem with our car insurance but that took 5 phone calls
