The Manager and his staff at the Epsom Branch are excellent in my experience. I was with another insurer for my combined buildings and home contents insurance last year and this year I went back to Howden because I felt the cover that they offered was more comprehensive to meet my needs. Well I purchased a second vehicle and going online and trying comparison sites I felt totally out of control as it’s just finger clicking and not talking to a human . I was told to call Howdens to see what they offer . Well I spoke to a real person and tailor made my car ins to suit me , I ended up insuring my both vehicles and saved around £200-00 .
