Once I got through to Tom and the specific area for my insurance Tom and team were excellent. However if it helps the customer service experience going through Howdens was extremly POOR. there was no connection to the customer, i felt just treated like a number, this was proved by going through 4 different people before finally getting to Tom and his team

Luke Morley has been absolutely superb. I’ve had a lot of issues with previous insurance companies over the years and found there was very little loyalty shown to existing customers. My experience with Howden van insurance has been very different so far. The team has been helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Their quote was very competitive, and they took the time to answer my questions clearly. Based on my experience to date, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and would happily recommend them.

I've used Howden and A-plan for around the last 8 years, they have been a really good company to deal with and try their best to get you a good competetive price. Most recently I have been dealing with Reece Robinson & Roberta Kelly at the Tooting branch, they pulled together a quote late on for me last night and tried several times to contact me despite phone issues at my end.

I have bought a quirky grade 11 listed cottage with an attached yacht repair workshop and sail loft above. I had spent weeks of research finding no one to take up the policy. I called Howdens and spoke to Christian, who wasn't at all phased with my predicament. He organised a very competitive quote from a very well known company. Due to mega delays with our buyers I was unable to take up the offer for 6 weeks at least, but the quotation stayed the same. Sterling work from Christian to set it all up. Alice Heywood then clinched the deal with a friendly competent, professional approach a pleasure to do business with.
