First time using a broker as an ex company car driver. I wasn’t expecting much as an experience with another broker didn’t fill me with much hope but Howdens managed to get me a good deal compared to all the comparison sites. My 86 year old father wrote his car off just before being admitted into hospital with a serious condition. Sarah in the claims team could not have been more helpful in arranging the recovery of my fathers car the following day and finalising the settlement payment within a couple of weeks. Her empathy with our situation was highly commendable and a credit to the Howden Group.
