Walking into the office in Fareham, I was welcomed warmly by staff and a member of staff who remembered me from John Lane days in Gosport. She arranged quickly for a member of staff to deal with my renewal of car insurance. Staff have very good communication skills and very knowledgeable

I'm always pleased to see the chap who was originally from South coast Insurance. He knows what I want, makes it easy and I trust him to be honest with me

Howdens were helpful,,and accessible when I needed to contact them. However whilst my car was being repaired I was frustrated by the slow progress and lack of communication from the body shop who repaired the car.

Very easy to do business with Howden insurance. I dealt with just one member of staff and she was very helpful yet not pushy. Good price - you were able to beat my renewal quote.

Gave them a try as my insurance was up for renewal and had increased significantly without any claims. I dealt with Luca and he was extremely helpful and came up with a better price. They are also local to me so any problems I can pop in and speak to someone face-to-face no back and forth with emails. Would highly recommend contacting them for all your insurance quotes. Will be going back to them when home insurance is up for renewal to see what they can do for me. 👍👍
