Having been with you for 6 years, I felt strongly that my loyalty deserved some kind of reward.
Apparently not? ... still got charged £55 admin fee on one of my policy's that was only £125??
I renewed two policies in the same month ... total commission .... £110 !! ... and I know the commission can be varied as it's been done in the past ?
Next renewal, sadly I'll strongly consider alternative brokers; I mean, if you were me, wouldn't you do the same?

I've used Howdens for several years now and value the relationship built, however I still review prices across the market and I can genuinely say that Rob Byrd has always come up trumps. The Northwich office are great. Always helpful and most if the time have great prices, but tell you when they’re not competitive. Unfortunately, the rest of Howden seem to be a mixed bad. I spoke with one if their marketing managers once who was as much use as a chocolate teapot and their technology can be hopeless.

Great experience with Howden Insurance. The staff on the phone are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They managed to find a competitive insurance product for me even though I'm still a learner driver, and best of all, it allows me to start building a "No Claim Discount" already!
