I am a new customer who came to Howden to insure my car as I had problems contacting my past insurer to make the renewal payment. I was dealt with promptly and professionally, and the necessary paperwork etc was completed efficiently. At every step everything was explained clearly to me.

After moving away from A Plan (previous name for Howden), I can say I’ve been extremely pleased with the level is service and the help they provided with an issue at a previous insurer. Being able to speak with someone on the phone, or in a branch, is how insurance should be. Thank you.

As I am an 83 year old man, I would have preferred to contact face to face with a member your staff. However, the girl I spoke to was working from home but was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done her!

Always helpful polite and offer a good service. As with all insurance companies I do wish I didn't have to go through the farce of negotiating a cheaper policy, every renewal date. Howdens do usually come up with competitive policy in the end though.

Been with A Plan insurance for years then they were taken over by Howdens
And I will say when I was asked do I want to renew my insurance the answer was yes, very good price
But I will say when the time came to pay after saying I did not want anything extra, I was being badgered into buying at least another 6 different insurances which became very annoying and time wasting
