Being new to van life and naive when it came to insurance I had made mistakes with initial insurance policies but every cloud has a silver lining. Learning about Howdens through fb forums I couldn't have asked for a more stress free, seamless and positive experience. Caleann was the lady that helped me with my cover and she was a breath of fresh air, human, personable, understanding and most of all patient. We spoke for over an hour on the phone and she really was patient with all my queries and questions. Now fully covered for my current and soon to be evolving van life needs.
