What a refreshing change to talk to a person who makes everything easier.
I had felt like i was smacking my head against a brick wall until I spoke to Howdens and Carrianne.
Carianne was friendly, very helpful, realised what i needed immediately and gave me options. she was thorough and a very sweet human. It has made me want to stay with Howdens and I will certainly b recommending them in the future.

As a returning expat, Andy and Marsha, Taunton office, were superb in getting us coverage before we arrived in the country. Really went out of their way to assist us and find good cover at very competitive rates. We will be taking house insurance through Howdens as well.

I contacted Howden with a change of vehicle. They had to pass me over to their sister company and the handover was relatively smooth. Great communication from all parties involved.
I will express there seemed to be a great change from my previous experience with Howden, where I felt the staff member I spoke with was very matter of fact and not engaging, where as every single member of staff I encountered on this occasion were super friendly, and appeared interested in helping me with my change over.
It is a little difficult to get through on the phone due to how busy their phone lines are, but this shows they are reassuringly busy with customers.
I felt valued and and very pleased with the outcome of insuring my motorhome with Howden and now feel very comfortable in recommending them.
