I was able to speak to someone in person and go through the questions required by Howden to provide a quote. This was so much better than online application with the associated danger that you might have missed something that later invalidated any claim. Although my insurance is expensive I am confident I am covered.

Excellent experience. Easy to speak to a person rather than wade through endless menus, to then only speak to a machine. The human touch is still priceless. Very informative, efficient and helpful. All my questions were answered immediately or by return of email. The cost was also incredibly competitive. All in all, an excellent example of how to sell a product in a friendly, professional manner.

Julian completely turned that around. From our first conversation he was reassuring, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to properly review my situation, did a deep dive into the details of my cover, and came back with several options that I didn’t even realise were available.
The whole process was handled incredibly efficiently and with a real sense of care. Thanks to Julian’s guidance I now have a much more suitable policy and a significantly lower premium than I expected.
