When I found this Insurance Broker (Howden Insurance), I was delighted to find I was always able to speak to a PERSON, not a robot.i have continued to use them for my home and contents insurance as well as my car insurance. They continue to offer excellent service from start to finish and as a result I have recommended them to friends and family. Today I renewed my car policy and spoke to an agent called Charlie. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible car cover and saved me another £20 even though the original cover offered was a good one. The whole experience was excellent as Charlie understood I was partly deaf, explained the details clearly and made the whole renewal process easy and stress free. I truly felt valued and supported and would highly recommend this young man and this particular company. A very satisfied customer indeed.

Holly is amazing. She’s helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She looked in to all my options and gave me good advice. I’ve been with these guys for years previously known as A-Plan. I recommend them 100% and when I had a tricky claim they managed everything to perfection. I have no doubt in recommending Holly, especially, and the broker as a whole. ST.

Connor was excellent. I was recommended Howdens as my current insurer let me down. I was in a bit of a panic as I've been with the same insurer for 28 years however Connor was extremely helpful, patient and made the whole experience really easy. I will be back when my wife's car is due for renewal and I've already recommended Connor and Howden to friends.

If Carlsberg did Car Insurance, no really since joining Howdens in 2019 to insure my car, being a rare car other insurers had trouble finding the car. Howdens no issue got the details straight away. Since then have been great to deal with. Renewals have been very reasonable so happy to still be with them.
