At the outset may I say that my delay in completing this survey DOES NOT IN ANY WAY REFLECT ON THE EXCELLENT SERVICE that Manager John Allsey & his staff at your Ipswich Branch gave me when searching for a new provider for our Home Insurance. Indeed that goes for several more of your Agents across UK that I had cause to speak to during the search for a new Insurer. Specifically John and his staff went face to face that extra mile with patience, knowledge thoroughness determination to provide us a service to rival a Company I have used for a number of years. Thankfully it resulted in me taking out my second Policy through Howden Insurance in matter of months
