Very helpful staff for both car and house insurance, on both policies I was contacted each time I requested information at the times I wanted. The final quotes were well within in the internet quoted price and it is better to deal with a person rather than a Robot

Great service. Customer service rep extremely knowledgeable in the car insurance market and provided a detailed review of comprehensive cover and price with full transparency. Requested a quote from my current insurer which I received within minutes. The customer services rep provided process for the claims process (if required) and was surprised to find out that Howden would contact and handle any claims at no cost and provided contact numbers for during work hours and outside of work hours. Great service! Very satisfied!!

A good experience, phone answered quickly, an articulate helpful person. Suggestions of best deals. As suggested I downloaded the app, however the huge amount of information to read is difficult as it’s so small on my phone. Emails would be preferable.

I was so pleased to find a car insurance company offering the option of a live human telephone service (rather than only online) at a price that beat my current insurance company’s renewal quote by nearly £40 while offering like for like cover! Yes there were cheaper options out there but being able to speak to someone matters to me and is getting harder and harder to find!

Never ever having had a van before didn’t have a clue what was involved. Could not have been easier spoke with Jack who took me through the whole process thought I would have to take a mortgage out to cover the cost, but no Jack came back with a price that was very surprising, still more than my car but we’re talking van-life here. Very happy with the cover and very competitive price will i be back! Of course i will.
