From when I first reported my accident they could not have been more helpful. Laura kept in touch with me the whole time, to make sure everything was going to plan and if I needed anything answering they were there to help straight away. Speaking to a real person, who answered the phone without an endless wait, so much more pleasant than endlessly putting the same information into a search engine. Then being dealt with in a good mannered, polite way was so easy. Yet again they were able to find the right policy to suit my needs at the price.
