I received my renewal email, unfortunately due to being offshore I was unable to access the app. I contacted the office by phone and asked for an email copy. This was sorted out quickly I received it within 20 mins.

It was obvious from the start that these people knew how to give good service. Over the phone I was taken through the process step by step and given expert advice on the best insurance cover for my unique micro camper van. A recent phone call from Eastleigh office gave a car insurance quote.The attitude was both condescending and poor listening skills from the operator.
Visited the local shop (Harrogate) who were very helpful and found a competitive quote.
Decided to take the policy out as I had with house insurance a few months ago.

I was able to speak to someone not just work with AI, or on an App. The person was pleasant and helpful, He did not offer a hard sell to get me to unnecessarily increase my cover. The only drawback was that I was asked to download the documents myself which was a big task for my printer, but I was sent the essential documents by post although the print was a bit small for me. Price had gone down! I was reminded in good time it was time ro renew
