I have been using Howden (and previoulsy A-Plan) for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service I have received and the policies chosen.
Kerry (Witney branch) spent almost an hour on the phone with me this morning going through a complex policy and found a suitable insurer and a great price. Kerry was very professional and had an excellent understanding of campervan insurance so was able to find a policy to suit my need. Highly recommended.

So easy to arrange insurance and quick ! The staff are amazing in the Guildford branch, helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. Used them for house /contents insurance and now car insurance . Highly recommend them. Cheaper than I was paying . Freddie especially helpful.

Great service nothing was too much trouble when organising my insurance- slightly more expensive than others companies but decided to give them a go as will be changing my car in less than 6 months and have a bigger pool of specialist insurers that I can access. Had also spent 30mins trying to get through to the AA trying to get a renewal quote where Howdens answered promptly which for me is important particularly if I did ever need to claim

Efficient , but felt like it was a production line. I am not sure about the totally impartiality and also was not used to being charged a commission for setting up the policy. Perhaps this is a way of reducing the IPT.
