I recently had to get a car insurance quote from Hounston Insurance during my lunch break at work, and I was really impressed with the service I received.
I explained that I only had a limited amount of time before I had to get back, and Neil Carver was incredibly understanding and efficient. He made sure everything was handled quickly without rushing through the important details. He took the time to clearly explain all aspects of the quote, answered every question I had, and made the whole process really straightforward and stress-free.
Despite the time pressure, I never felt like I was being hurried or that anything was being skipped over. Neil managed to strike the perfect balance between speed and clarity, which I really appreciated.

Speaking from experience it’s good to have the peace of mind to know we can go direct to Howden or even call in to their office if we ever have a problem or need to make an enquiry, whereas it’s a nightmare dealing through companies on line only with next to no customer service and possibly get scammed. The staff spent time and effort to find the right policies at the right price for both our car and house insurance.

Had Motorhome insurance arranged through Howdens which was arranged by Kerry Cornwell so elected to get our home insurance via the same route. Kerry sorted everything out again.
