We've been arranging our commercial insurance with them for a few years now and they even have a office that you can pop into to deal with any queries; issues or problems with your insurances. I find the staff to be very diligent and attentive to particular details with your required insurance needs and police(s).

I rang them because I had not heard about my renewal details. It transpired that they could not contact me via the landline. I hadn't told them that I no longer had one and they probably didn't have my mob no. So my policy had lapsed. I explained the situation and the policy was renewed over the phone with everything explained to me clearly, including payment details.
