Through my experience with my motor accident, Tracy was absolutely brilliant! I felt very overwhelmed and stressed by the whole situation and she sorted everything and kept my mind at ease. Help from staff rather than online, older people are unsure when filing anything online, sometimes miss interpreted by the younger generations as us being thick. Even younger people with knowledge get scammed. Online is not always as friendly as a person sitting in front of you. That's my view, more personal, so keep it going.

Absolutely fabulous service from Harry at Howden. In the past I used to trawl through comparison sites and offers for insurance, but then starting using brokers as it takes the stress away. Harry and Howden are great at working with you to make sure you have the right level of insurance - not over insured, but not under either. Great rates and they offer a flexible service that meets your personal needs be it home insurance, campervan or car. Highly recommended!
