Returning to the services of a Broker.
Having brief experience with online insurance and being very dissatisfied I was recommended to use Howden. From the friendly receptionist to Jon who dealt with me it was wonderful to have a human to talk to and Jon gave me a very competitive quote and arranged my car insurance and said to call him at any time if I have any need to. Howdens have restored my confidence that I can speak directly to solve any concerns I might have in the future.

1 Howden called me, following an enquiry from me a year ago. When I said I would be interested in a quote, they simply transferred me onto a phone queue, leading to an unplanned and unwanted interruption to my day.
2 Howden confirmed the purchase with a bland email pointing me at a mobile app in order to see what I'd bought, with not even a receipt. They ignored my request for an emailed receipt and policy documents, until I threatened to cancel the policy.

Taking out insurance with Howdens Swindon was really easy. Megan was professional and friendly.She helped to get just what I needed. The negative aspect I have found this year are the marketing calls I have received as a result of taking out my insurance. I only need one house insurance policy.
