My request for a classic car insurance quotation was dealt with promptly and professionally by the young gentleman who answered my call. No faff, no bs; just good, honest advice. By the time the call had ended I had taken out the policy. This is not the first time I have used Howdens at Thatcham and their levels of customer service - and competitiveness - have never failed to impress me.
