Possibly not the cheapest insurance out there(car insurance in this case) but you talk to a real person. That does all the work. Whether that being getting a qoute or dealing with a claim. When some other online are cheaper but have no real person to speak to. So all well until you need something sorted. And Howden forfill all that you want

So far I've only experienced the buying of the insurance, which they predictably uphold, but the additional items were cheaper than the alternative car recovery quotes by a.mile, and the insurance itself was very well priced. More importantly, this is a local branch with real people, and that matters.
The customer service has been exceptional so far. Hopefully I will not need to make a claim on any of their services, but if the occasion does arise, I'll be interested to see how well it is handled, especially outside of normal office hours.

I had a phone quote from Shane originally as I was looking at purchasing a scooter. When I bought the scooter I went back into Howdens and Shane helped to sort out the policy. The experience was very quick and Shane was very helpful in sorting out the right policy to suit me. Excellent service!
