It is very noticeable since Covid that staff numbers have been cut. I never had to wait very long to get through to a agent. I rang to get a quote and was promised a call back but it did not happen which was blamed on being very busy. That can only be understaffing and never used to happen.Call back allways took place a few hours later. The staff you do have are very good and serve with a professional attitude.

I liked the whole experience. I talked through the whole subject with Louise (I fear I he lost the double barrelled surname, I finished the conversation with Pieter Boitier and received my papers, and finally got another young lady (who dealt with me when Pieter was an another call. Every contact was perfect. And all spoke English very well. With another company I had needed Welsh. Well done, Howden, so far!
