With my house insurance due for renewal and being quoted a 23.5% increase (!), I had got somewhat fed up with ringing insurers and going through umpteen requests to press this key or that key. I thought it would be worth trying a face to face approach through a broker and visited Howden's. So glad I did. Excellent service (I now have a person I can actually speak to!) and so pleased with the outcome.

Excellent customer service, Danny was very friendly and informative, its so nice to call a company that picks the phone up to their customers. I've not used this company before, I called for a car insurance quote, Danny was very professional and made the quoting process easy and not too long winded. Great attention and service from the Insurance Consultant at Howdens Thatcham Schemes (CA) meant that I got the right policy with the specific cover that I needed. Temporary insurance meant that I was covered over the weekend whilst conversations were had with the insurer. Great attention to detail and a competitive price.

This was is a relatively new place to the local town, so I thought I'd visit. It made a pleasant change for someone to listen to what was needed, find a couple of choices, explain their contents and do the paperwork. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
I couldn't print the document at home, so I called in a day later and they did that for me.. no problem.
