I went into the office in Witney to change my insurance provider. Not only was there a person to talk to but she was immensely helpful and kind. She spent some time with me and sorted out everything I needed.

I took both Van & Classic scooter ins with Howdens and there help an guidence through both processes was outstanding. Each person i talked with, their knowledge and understanding an then the realistic quotes to insure were brilliant for me an very possative company, refreshing experience and i have all ready recommended friends to contact Howdens for a more pleasing experience.

An initial quote in respect of renewal of my policies reflected a substantial increase from last year's premium in respect of one of my cars, but on querying this I was able to negotiate a far better premium in respect of both of them, also my two motor scooters. I did look elsewhere on a comparison website, but I was unable to find better value than the deal offered by Howdens.

So glad we chose to go to Howden Hemel Hempstead. The difference between talking to disinterested, insurance companies, or completing tedious and impersonal comparison site’s endless questions, was night and day.
We were in a bit of a muddle between my wife’s and mine policies. Gavin not only sorted everything out, but ended up getting comparable prices with reputable insurers.
On top of all that, it just felt so much better talking to such a nice person, who really knew what he was doing and actually cared.
