I had a no fault (on my part) claim which was tbh a p in the a. Amy Conroy of Howdens insurance, doggedly stuck with it, I asked her....8 months ago to not get in touch unless there was any news...bit rude on my part, but true to her word, I got a call today! 8 months later to say the claim had finally be paid. amazing! most people would of given up, but not Amy! a total star. the whole team at Howdens have been great, but tbh Amy Conroy has just blown my socks off with her dogged determination to get me some money after being rear ended by a rude arrogant 18yr old boy. Thank you Howdens, Thank you Amy!!!

Luke Morley, where to start. What a pleasure it was working with luke as a first time van insurer in the waste removal game. This guy is the best, very respectful and very caring. I highly recommend anybody getting into waste removals speak to Luke.

I reported a change of useage on a Building policy as the occupier had become a Local Authority foster carer. The existing insurer indicated that they could no longer provide cover due to this change. Howdens immediately sorted out an alternative insurance company who was happy to issue a new policy to coincide exactly with the cancellation time and date of the previous insurer.

Used to be with Howdens for my Home Insurance so thought Id give them a try for my renewal. Nathan (Horgan) was extremely thorough & had to check a few things so arranged to phone me back and he rang at exactly the time we agreed - twice! He came up trumps so I renewed with them and I'm glad I did as they've always been reliable in the past. Very impressed with the service I received.

Multicar insurance. Three cars, including one classic. Tom Larkins quoted me a good price, then bettered it when my original insurer beat his. I have another car (a kit car) due to be insured in 8 months. I'll been assured I can add it to this policy. My old insurer wouldn't add it.
