The advisor quickly came up with a competitive premium for the car insurance renewal. The interaction was relatively straightforward with most queries answered. A policy proposal was sent to me by email quickly and I returned to the office the next day to confirm acceptance of policy. It was all done quickly and straightforwardly with NO phone queues to get through!!!

Can't fault the service from Howden Insurance after my recent accident when someone went into the back of my van. Not once have I had to chase for information, kept up to date with everything throughout the whole process. Claim dealt with extremely promptly, hire van received in 2 days, can't praise them enough.
