Always get great help and treatment from A-Plan. Have used them for years and occasionally leave them for better on-line, but always end up going back. I have sympathy with brokers as they have to charge and admin fee which on-line insurers don't, but mostly it is worth paying a bit more to get the service and assistance.

The reason I initially chose A Plan was because of the replacement van with a water fed pole system in case of an accident.
Since using them I love the friendly no pressure service and competitive rates on all insurances.

Have been using A Plan for our van insurance as its specialist type of insurance, however we now have both our cars insured with them and our Public Liability insurance too.
Prices are good but just as or more importantly you have an individual at the end of the line whenever you call - no outsourcing - no call centre!!!!!
