I spoke with Richard Sutton when I enquired about my car insurance. I never felt any pressure and it was like talking to a mate which I really appreciate. The cost was about what I thought it would be so no real surprises. I was meant to call back the next day but forgot so Richard called me the following day, ran through everything again with no pressure. A very good experience. Thanks Richard (mate)

Sean was very professional and friendly, explained the policy info well and was able to arrange payment at the same time. It was also good that the premium has reduced considerably since last year.

I have been using Howdens for camper van conversion insurance for several years. A pleasure to deal with on the phone when getting quotes and starting or renewing a policy. Not had the experience of making a claim with them yet. I recently moved my main car insurance to them and Amelia was very helpful, generating several quotes for different circumstances. I'll be speaking to her again this week for a quote for another vehicle. Documents are available on the app for your mobile, and can be sent by post. 4 stars because I haven't found a way to access and download online documents by PC yet, which is my preference. I have found prices competitive with the general market and any questions are answered clearly.

So helpful to be able to discuss the insurance face fo face in a local office. Provided so much more support than online. It was an added bonus that the individual we spoke to completely understood our requirements and was happy to search for different options to best meet those and our budget.
