They were very polite and helpful. They did there best to get the price down to what I was prepared to pay. Quick for the information to come through about the policy via email, but I did also ask for the policy to be posted to me as well, which they said they would do. But still not received my policy through the post, which was taken out on the 24th of November. I would say this part of the experience is not good.

I found Howdens to be very friendly and efficient. They got back to me when they said they would and made the whole process straight forward and stress free. The price was reasonable I could have got a little cheaper elsewhere but I liked dealing with them so was prepared to pay a little more for the service they offer. I would definitely recommend giving them a try for your next insurance quote.

I have a difficult claim regarding injury while on holiday in Marrakech ,. Nicole Hickman has been incredibly helpful in sorting paperwork/ email's to the travel insurance company .I believe she has gone above and beyond in her efforts to help me .
