We were changing two cars with three drivers and Howdens staff were able to present two or three options and text them to me. I cannot say that I have been over impressed with your service. When I first went to Howdens for a quote on my new car, I thought i was dealing with my local branch here in Chichester, but after I accepted your quote, I discovered that I was dealing with another branch way out in Eastbourne????

They beat my renewal just
Got a flyer through the post so I gave them a ring for a qoute for buildimg and contents. Initially the price was higher than my renewal(for like for like quote). Once I told them what my renewal was they just beat it so I bought it, as the underwriters were a reputable company too.
If they had given me there best price to begin with I would have scored them 5 instead of 4.
