Many of you will have heard of ‘Graze’ boxes, and other trendy new health kicks that you can get straight through your letter box, well Salford now has its very own in the shape of WholeBox. This is a brand new scheme to help bring healthy produce right to your door, so that you and your family can eat fresh every day.

Fresh food is often associated with being expensive, but WholeBox schemes start at just £5 a week, and you will receive a box packed with fruit and vegetables, which are even grown by local farmers! If you live or work in the areas of Blackfriars or Greengate, WholeBox even offer a FREE delivery service right to your doorstep. Other neighbourhoods in Salford are welcome to collect their WholeBoxes from the hub at Irwell House on East Philip Street. The company hasn’t even forgotten university students, so if you attend Salford Uni you can pick up a WholeBox from the University Sports Hall between 2 and 5pm on Thursdays...who said students have to live off beans on toast?

If you prefer to eat fresh produce but feel it is just too expensive, WholeBox is the answer to your prayers, and will weekly (and cheaply) fill your house with fruit and veg!
