Looks like September in Salford isn't just dedicated to food and drink, and we might have a contender for the title of Best Festival in Salford that could be wrestled from Salford Food and Drink Festival!
I am, of course, talking about Salford Music Festival that takes place at the end of September, from the 26th to the 29th. The festival does exactly what it says on the tin – providing a wide array of talented musicians and bands that will play fantastic music for our enjoyment and with events spread out across everywhere in Salford, you would be hard pressed not to have an event near you!
The Salford Music Festival is run and organised by volunteers that have dedicated hard earned free time to promoting music within Salford as well as providing Salfordians with young, up and coming talent. These people deserve a standing ovation at the very least!
Show your support for one of biggest festivals in Salford this year by attending some of the musical events scattered around the area. You never know, you might accidentally have a good time. In fact, I guarantee you will have a whale of a time!
