Very professional, attentive, polite staff throughout the hotel. Excellent food quality and service. Good range of gym facilities and sauna/steam room with staff always available to help if required. Some of the gym equipment although functional is outdated and should be replaced in the future. There are minor elements (attention to detail) that have been reported and a response received within hours of notification. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I recently had my wedding here and we cannot recommend Kettering Park enough. From the original viewing, to the food trial, to the wedding day, all the staff went over and above to make sure our day was special. Special shout-out to Steph, Leanne and Niamh in the events team, who made our day stress free and so memorable. The food was absolutely incredible too and all our guests kept mentioning how lovely it all was. Thank you so much again! Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous on every level. We attended for our sons wedding and we loved it! Rooms are immaculate, the housekeeping staff should all get a huge pat on the back. Jake our barman, Chris our waiter, Megan for bringing us girls a fabulous breakfast on the morning of the wedding and definitely not forgetting the reception staff! Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble, all with a smile. I'm so sorry I can't remember the wedding planners name, out of this world. The in house DJ had all of us rocking! Honestly, best venue we have ever attended for a wedding. A totally, never forgettable experience. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us and keep up the excellent service 😊

Our hotel room was beautiful. Nice and big and clean too. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The pool is on the smaller side but still lovely. Had a very disappointing massage in the afternoon but the next day had a much better one from a different lady.
Food in the restaurant was delicious. Had a passion fruit martini in the bar which was great. Breakfast was good too. Overall, a fabulous stay.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, The rooms are so beautiful and cozy. The pool is also great, I will definitely visit this wonderful place again and I hope I can make an appointment for Spa💕Thank you soooo much

My wife stayed here with her friend for a belated birthday treat. They had a package deal which included meals, treatments and use of the spa.
The room was spacious and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and plenty of it.
Harry deserves a special mention for going above and beyond helping her with her wing mirror after a slight accident involving a pillar in the local shopping car park!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was my second time staying and my experience was a pleasant as the first.
The room was clean and well furnished.
I had an issue with hairs on the duvet and bed sheet that weren’t mine but after addressing this, it was rectified.
The added fridge amenity definitely served it’s purpose.
The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. A personal preference for improvement would be adding a handheld shower head.
There was ample wardrobe space and an ironing board and iron was provided too, which was great.
One difference from my last visit 5 years ago was how they provide milk and water - through a refillable jar which is very eco-friendly.
Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side for what is provided however it is delicious. I had the room service breakfast option and the dine in option - both were good experiences however, with the room service option we received cold toast which I couldn’t eat.
There is ample free parking space at the hotel and although the car park was always packed during my stay, I never not had parking.
A visitor - the hotel cat - decided to climb through our window which left us all screaming in shock. So I suggest not leaving your windows open if you don’t like cats.
Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Recently stayed at this hotel and was really looking forward to what I thought was going to be a luxury spa break. I had seen the reviews online and the website so was really looking forward to relaxing here.
Sadly this was not the case - when we got to the spa, there was about 20 children in the pool and spa area...running around, screaming, jumping into the water etc. It totally ruined the beginning of the stay and made it very hard to relax.
We did have a lovely spa treatment and the spa was much better after children are no longer allowed at 6pm, which gave us a couple of hours to relax before dinner.
The dinner itself and the service was good, as were the rooms. However again the next morning before check out it was choatic and noisy in the spa area, with 9 children running around this time.
Overall, this hotel has good food, service and rooms but the spa felt more like a children's play area which unfortunately let the place down. We sadly won't return due to this and would not recommend this hotel to any couples/friends looking for a relaxing stay.

A nice stay in a very handily located hotel. The room (225) is a bit dated, but was clean. The temperature control for the air conditioning in the room would not work, it had to be adjusted by reception (who were exceptionally good). Service at dinner on Friday was good and so was the food. At breakfast on both days the food was good but the service was slow, our breakfast took 2 hours... The Spa was exceptionally busy on the Saturday afternoon, leaving us nowhere to sit - whilst the facilities are good and we could use the pool it was very busy. Massages were fantastic in the Spa
